7月0日，据彭博社报道，Meta公司为招揽苹果基础模型团队负责人庞若鸣，提供了超过2亿美元的薪酬方案，约合人民币14.36亿元。庞若鸣是苹果基础模型团队的核心负责人，领导约100人团队开发大型语言模型，这些模型是Apple Intelligence等AI功能的基石。
该薪酬方案与Meta新成立的超级智能团队其他重要成员一致，团队成员还包括前GitHub首席执行官纳特·弗里德曼和AI初创公司创始人丹尼尔·格罗斯。
Meta的薪酬方案包括基本工资、签约奖金和股份，其中股份是最重要的部分，且大部分薪酬与绩效目标挂钩，需多年忠诚服务后才能解锁。
