据路透，阿斯麦周三宣布，为遵守美国法规，决定不再将企业的多元包容(DEI)绩效指标适用于美国员工，但其他市场仍维持既定目标不变。近期已有多家欧洲企业采取行动调整DEI计划，以避免潜在罚则与诉讼风险。根据阿斯麦最新年报，目前该公司全球员工总数达44,027人，其中约19%(8480人)在美国任职。该公司原订的多元包容目标包含：2026年前提升女性高阶主管比率至14%，以及截至2025年，新进与晋升人员中的女性比例目标为24%。
