阿斯麦宣布DEI指标不再适用于美国员工

据路透,阿斯麦周三宣布,为遵守美国法规,决定不再将企业的多元包容(DEI)绩效指标适用于美国员工,但其他市场仍维持既定目标不变。近期已有多家欧洲企业采取行动调整DEI计划,以避免潜在罚则与诉讼风险。根据阿斯麦最新年报,目前该公司全球员工总数达44,027人,其中约19%(8480人)在美国任职。该公司原订的多元包容目标包含:2026年前提升女性高阶主管比率至14%,以及截至2025年,新进与晋升人员中的女性比例目标为24%。
