Perseus Mining (ASX:PRU) bought back 580,761 ordinary shares for about AU$2 million in total under an on-market buyback program, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company plans to repurchase a total of 40 million of its ordinary shares, the filing said.
