据知情人士透露，城堡证券已收购摩根士丹利旗下专注于美国股票期权电子做市的业务。这进一步巩固了城堡证券在这一热门衍生品领域的主导地位。

　　知情人士称这家由亿万富翁肯·格里芬创办的交易公司收购了摩根士丹利的场内期权业务，并接手了一大批股票期权头寸组合。这笔交易包括在芝加哥期权交易所、纳斯达克、纽约证券交易所和MIAX等交易所的专用席位。由于涉及未公开信息，知情人士要求匿名。

　　目前尚不清楚此次收购的价格。总部位于迈阿密的城堡证券和总部位于纽约的摩根士丹利均拒绝置评。

　　知情人士称，在摩根士丹利决定关闭其自动化做市业务之后，该银行已于本月将上述电子期权做市业务（包括专用席位和头寸组合）转移至城堡证券。

　　此举将进一步巩固城堡证券作为期权做市商的地位，使其能够在电子平台和传统交易大厅中执行订单。
