WASHINGTON, July 10 (Reuters) - The U.S. Justice Department said on Thursday its antitrust division has determined it won't seek an injunction to prevent T-Mobile TMUS.O from closing on its proposed acquisition of UScellular USM.N.
"After a thorough investigation, the Antitrust Division determined prudentially not to seek an injunction to prevent T-Mobile from closing on its proposed acquisition of UScellular," the department said in a statement.
