7月9日，唯品会（VIPS.US）发布反腐通报，公司产品技术中心基础平台部运维总监马某涉嫌职务犯罪被刑事拘留。通报称，经调查，产品技术中心基础平台部运维总监马某(职级V8)，在我司工作期间，利用职务之便，长期收取供应商好处费，数额巨大，涉嫌职务犯罪。
根据通报内容，唯品会已决定即日起解除马某的劳动合同并没收其持有的公司股票，同时对马某违纪行为发生时的直接上级汤某提出批评。对此，《经济参考报》记者就该情况联系了唯品会的相关负责人，截至发稿暂未收到回复。
据了解，这是唯品会一个月内再次通报内部反腐案件。此前6月22日，唯品会副总裁冯佳路就因涉及贪腐问题被公安机关调查，其在职期间主要负责唯品会的品牌营销等工作。
值得一提的是，今年以来，互联网行业反腐力度持续加大。哔哩哔哩、完美世界、饿了么和腾讯等企业近期也陆续披露在反腐层面的最新案例。
公开信息显示，唯品会 (中国) 有限公司，成立于2011年，杉杉商业集团成员，位于广东省广州市，是一家以从事互联网和相关服务为主的企业。唯品会今年第一季度财报显示，公司一季度实现净营收263亿元，Non-GAAP标准下的净利润为23亿元。（实习生马雨萱对本文亦有贡献）
