智通财经APP获悉，7月8日，诺和诺德(NVO.US)宣布7.2mg司美格鲁肽的上市申请获得欧洲药品管理局(EMA)受理，用于体重管理。此次上市申请是基于III期STEP UP研究和III期STEP UP T2D研究的积极结果。
结果显示，患者平均基线体重为113kg，治疗第72周，7.2mg司美格鲁肽组、2.4mg司美格鲁肽组和安慰剂组患者的体重分别减轻了20.7%、17.5%和2.4%。此外，7.2mg司美格鲁肽组有33.2%的患者实现了体重减轻25%以上的效果，而2.4mg司美格鲁肽组和安慰剂组的这一比例分别为16.7%和0%。
