【环球网财经综合报道】7月9日，华夏基金发布公告称，旗下华夏华润商业REIT拟申请第二次扩募并新购入基础设施项目。而3月25日，该基金就已发布首次拟扩募公告，拟购入的基础设施项目为苏州昆山万象汇项目。
而此次二次扩募，华夏华润商业REIT布局更为广泛且多元，拟购入的基础设施项目包括杭州萧山万象汇项目、沈阳长白万象汇项目、淄博万象汇项目，这些项目分别位于浙江省杭州市、辽宁省沈阳市以及山东省淄博市。
华夏华润商业REIT为公募REITs市场中第二单宣告拟二次扩募的项目，首单拟二次扩募项目为博时招商蛇口产园REIT。早在2023年6月16日，博时招商蛇口产园REIT作为国内首批公募REITs扩募项目在交易所上市，今年4月16日，该基金发布拟第二次扩募并新购入基础设施项目的公告。（南木）
