智通财经APP获悉，佳明集团控股(01271)一度跌超32%，截至发稿，跌26.34%，报1.37港元，成交额67.35万港元。
消息面上，佳明集团日前公布，集团未能履行与贷款方订立之若干银行贷款融资项下有关的财务契诺，目前，贷款融资尚未偿还之本金总额约为47.95亿港元。集团就违反事项已取得若干贷款方的豁免，涉及的银行贷款约为27.47亿港元。集团就违反事项继续争取其他贷款方的豁免。目前，集团并无收到贷款方要求即时偿还贷款融资项下之贷款。
公开资料显示，佳明集团控股创立于1995年，其业务版图涵盖物业发展、建筑及高端数据中心租赁三大板块。自2007年进军高端数据中心物业租赁领域以来，提供合共近10万平方呎高端数据中心租赁面积，其租户包括国际数据中心营运商、电讯服务公司和金融机构等。
