阿联酋能源部长表示，石油市场需要OPEC+最新这次超大规模增产，公开为这一意外决定辩护。

　　在维也纳出席OPEC研讨会期间，阿联酋能源部长Suhail Al Mazrouei称，尽管OPEC及其盟友此前已增加供应，但市场库存并未增加，这证明市场确实需要更多石油。

　　今年4月，OPEC+出人意料地宣布增产41.1万桶/日，并在5月和6月再次增产。上周六，该组织又宣布将进一步增产54.8万桶/日。不过受近期供应趋紧迹象影响，油价此后实际上略有上涨。

　　在回答是否担心年底供应过剩的问题时，他表示，“我们并不担心，因为我们每次做决定时都会进行权衡，即使过去几个月增加了供应，但我们并未看到库存明显上升，这意味着市场需要这些原油”。

　　Mazrouei指出，OPEC+在努力实现油价稳定，合理的价格对于确保供应端的投资是必要的。
