10日午后，地产板块持续拉升，中证800地产指数一度涨逾4%，成份股方面，绿地控股涨停，新城控股涨超7%，滨江集团、陆家嘴、万科A、招商蛇口等多股涨逾3%。 热门ETF方面，代表A股龙头地产行情的地产ETF（159707）场内价格涨逾3.8%，成交额超5300万元。 消息面上，住房城乡建设部调研组近日赴广东、浙江两省调研。调研组要求，要多管齐下稳定预期、激活需求、优化供给、化解风险，更大力度推动房地产市场止跌回稳。 中银证券表示，针对二季度数据情况，7月的政治局会议表态将更加积极，带动板块在7月中旬出现一波政策博弈的行情机会。后续政策端进一步发力的概率也明显提升，预计下半年各地方政府将全力推动已出台政策落地见效，更大力度推动房地产市场止跌回稳，例如旧改房票安置力度、城市更新相关金融支持政策、进一步落实专项债收储等。 公开资料显示，地产ETF（159707）跟踪中证800地产指数，汇集市场13只头部优质房企，在投资方向上具有明显的头部集中度优势，前十大成份股权重超9成，央国企含量高，在行业出清大背景下，龙头地产或更具弹性。
