新浪财经欧洲站长郝倩在日内瓦“人工智能向善”（AI for Good）全球峰会上对话新东方创始人俞敏洪。
俞敏洪表示，不是故意励志，也不是故意做给别人看。“我从小就有了老人与海的精神，凡是觉得应该努力的事情，都不会放弃。”
他表示，对年轻人来说，躺平或者迷茫是正常的，但是躺平、迷茫之后应该有一点小目标去奋斗，这样就会有内驱力改变现状。
谈到中年危机时俞敏洪表示，中年人比年轻人遇到的危机更加复杂，但这就是一个关键时刻，向右转可能迎接下一个青春，向左转可能是承认自己在中年慢慢走向老年。他建议要重新设定自己的人生目标，在失败和挫折中间用更加耐心的努力来证明自己。
