2025年7月9日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，中国十七冶集团有限公司2023年度第一期中期票据跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于中国十七冶集团有限公司（以下简称“中国十七冶”或“公司”）跟踪期内在冶金和房建领域的竞争优势持续保持，资质齐备且等级高；债务规模控制良好，总资本化比率处于行业较优水平；可使用授信较为充足，融资渠道畅通等方面的优势对公司整体信用实力提供的有力支持。同时，中诚信国际也关注到政府化债压力对公司项目承揽及合同转化造成较大影响，2024年新签规模及营业收入下滑较快；两金管控压力加大，资产负债率上升；资本运营类项目的回款安排、退出情况等需持续关注等因素对公司经营及整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，中国十七冶集团有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
