消息面上，捷利交易宝近期发布25财年业绩，期内收入同比增加97.4%至1.3亿港元；股东应占净利润同比升6.5倍，收入及净利润同创上市以来新高。此外，公司近期宣布配售8000万股。所得净额为4963万港元，将用于开发DeepTrade实时交易引擎；建立以大语言模型为基础的TradeSeek人工智能互动系统；升级LiveReport大数据产品；及升级暗盘市场交易系统。公司将向上市委员会申请批准配售股份上市及买卖。
软库中华表示，捷利交易宝的全资附属公司TradeGo Markets于2023年2月获香港证监会颁发牌照在香港从事第1类及第7类受规管活动。业务进展顺利，年内参与多个新股承销及二级市场配售项目，以及进行多笔新股暗盘交易。业务经营大幅提升，驱动该板块收入。证券经纪及交易服务同比增加18.8倍；承销及分承销服务收入则同比上升12.4倍。金融服务业务收入占比达53%。
