日前，凯乐士向港交所递交了招股书，计划在主板挂牌上市；由国泰君安国际和中信证券担任联席保荐人。
凯乐士是综合智能场内物流机器人专家，致力于通过前沿具身智能机器人技术重新定义供应链的运作模式。凯乐士围绕三大核心产品线提供全系列机器人产品：多向穿梭车机器人(MSR)、自主移动机器人(AMR)以及输送分拣机器人(CSR)。凯乐士的机器人产品组合具备存取、分拣及搬运的核心功能，覆盖整个场内物流的业务范围。
凯乐士是全球少数掌握全栈机器人技术并拥有全面自主研发机器人产品组合的企业，更是少数实现了场内物流核心功能全覆盖，可以全面满足所有高度、负载的全场景需求的企业之一。十多年来，凯乐士坚定不移地致力于场内物流自动化的创新，按2024年的收入计，凯乐士已成为中国前五大综合智能场内物流机器人公司之一。
业绩方面，截至2024年12月31日止年度，凯乐士录得收入约7.21亿元人民币(单位下同)，同比增长约31.0%；股东应占亏损约1.69亿元，同比收窄约30.2%。
