Arizona Lithium Enters Agreement to Sell US Lithium Assets to Major Shareholder's Units for $5 Million

Arizona Lithium (ASX:AZL) entered an agreement to sell its Big Sandy lithium project and Lithium Research Center to units of majority shareholder Navajo Transitional Energy for $5 million, as the assets are in a complex regulatory environment likely to take years to navigate, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Funds will be used to develop the Prairie lithium project in Canada, the filing said.
