LEHI, Utah - July 11, 2025 - Weave Communications, Inc. (NYSE: WEAV) has announced employment inducement awards in line with NYSE Rule 303A.08. On July 07, 2025, the company's Board of Directors' Compensation Committee granted restricted stock units for a total of 73,250 shares of Weave's common stock to 24 newly hired employees. These awards, part of Weave's 2022 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan, are designed to attract new talent and vest over three years. The vesting schedule begins with 33% after one year from the initial vesting date, with the remainder occurring in equal quarterly installments over the subsequent two years, contingent on continued service. Initial vesting dates are set for June 15, 2026, and July 15, 2026.
