　　2025年7月10-12日，2025中国汽车论坛在上海嘉定举办，主题为“提质向新，智赢未来”。会上举办了中国汽车行业绿色低碳公共服务平台暨汽车行业EPD平台建设启动仪式，东风汽车党委常委、副总经理尤峥致辞。

　　他介绍，平台将秉持“客观、公益、共治、互认”的原则，全方位为行业企业、社会公众开展服务工作。碳足迹信息披露是平台的主要功能之一，客观真实是核算、报告和披露的基础。为体现客观性，平台将统一规范数据收集，统一规范核算规则，统一规范报告内容，统一规范认证验证。

　　尤峥表示，公益性是行业平台的根本属性，主要体现在一是对会员及行业企业和社会公众开放，提供自愿发布碳足迹信息相关服务；二是宣传推广相关政策法规标准；三是推广绿色低碳节能减排技术。

　　标准的一致性和数据的准确性是互认的前提，平台将严格依照国际标准、国家标准和行业标准建设，并使其具备与国际平台和国内上下游行业平台间互认基础。平台对外积极寻求同国际平台互认，参与国际标准制定；同时，与上下游行业兄弟平台密切合作，在标准、数据规则，排放因子等方面开展互认工作。
