Iceni Gold (ASX:ICL) has intersected significant gold mineralization during recent drilling in the Guyer trend, within its 14 Mile Well Gold Project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The intersections were up to four meters at 7.84 grams per tonne grade of gold from eight meters.
The company said the new results include multiple intersections that are the strongest air core drill intercepts from Guyer to date, which come from new gold anomalies south of the main Guyer bedrock gold anomaly, where initial reverse core and diamond drilling have been completed.
The Guyer trend is part of the $35 million farm-in exploration agreement signed in December 2024 with Gold Road Resources (ASX: GOR).
The company added that a program of follow-up reverse core drilling is being finalized and is scheduled to commence in mid-July as part of the initial AU$5 million minimum expenditure by Gold Road under the farm-in agreement.
