IT之家 7 月 10 日消息，法国竞争管理总局 Autorité de la concurrence 当地时间 7 月 9 日表示，其已向 Meta 通知就该企业在在线广告领域的经营行为启动一项投诉调查程序。
此事的起因是广告平台 Adloox 在 2022 年指控 Meta 滥用其市场主导地位，在不透明、不客观、不歧视的条件下，限制合作伙伴在 Meta 营销的广告库存上提供广告验证服务。
法国竞争管理总局表示 Meta 的做法可能会对广告验证服务和相关市场产生影响，但其不会首先认定辩方存在过错，而是要求 Meta 就这一嫌疑接受书面质询，此后再就投诉是否成立作出裁决。
