新浪科技讯 7月11日下午消息，今日，“你的隐私正在快递单上裸奔”话题登上微博热搜。据媒体报道，在菜鸟驿站邮寄快递时，有消费者发现收件人真实姓名、电话等信息被完整写在快递运单上，特别是电话，并没有以“*”代替。

　　新浪科技就此事咨询菜鸟客服。客服人员表示，消费者在菜鸟驿站自寄快递，一般由驿站工作人员打印快递单，再由驿站合作的快递公司取件寄出。如果是通过菜鸟裹裹寄件并选择上门取件的方式，消费者可以勾选隐私保护的服务。
