智通财经APP讯，新天绿色能源(00956)公布，公司全资子公司河北建投新能源有限公司(以下简称“建投新能源”)拟与公司控股股东河北建设投资集团有限责任公司(以下简称“河北建投”)同比例对新天绿色能源围场有限公司(以下简称“新天围场”)进行增资。其中，建投新能源以货币出资 8755.20 万元，本次增资后建投新能源持股比例仍为97.28%;河北建投出资244.80 万元。
本次增资是根据公司整体发展战略规划而作出，有助于提高公司市场竞争力，符合公司整体发展的需要。本次关联交易遵循自愿、公平合理、协商一致的原则。交易完成后，公司对新天围场的持股比例不变，不会对公司当前财务状况和经营业绩造成重大影响，不存在损害上市公司及股东特别是中小股东利益的情形。
