2025年7月9日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，中国广电山东网络有限公司2022年度第一期中期票据跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于中国广电山东网络有限公司（以下简称“山东广电”或“公司”）在山东省有线电视市场保持区域垄断地位、集客业务订单数量进一步扩大，对收入形成补充以及备用流动性充足等因素对公司信用水平起到的支撑作用；但中诚信国际也关注到公司传统有线电视业务经营承压、经营性业务盈利能力弱，且期间费用侵蚀利润，利润持续亏损以及集客业务回款周期较长且对公司资金形成占用等因素可能对公司经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，中国广电山东网络有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
