Helens International Holdings Co. Ltd. announced changes in its board of directors effective 11 July 2025. Mr. Wong Heung Ming Henry resigned as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee to focus on other business endeavors. Mr. Ler Soon has been appointed as an independent non-executive director for an initial term of three years.
