国际能源署（IEA）周五表示，尽管供需平衡显示存在过剩，但全球石油市场可能比表面看起来更为紧张，原因是炼油厂正加大加工量以满足夏季出行需求。

　　为工业化国家提供咨询的国际能源署预计，今年全球石油供应量将增加 210 万桶 / 日，较此前预测上调 30 万桶 / 日。该机构称，全球石油需求量将仅增加 70 万桶 / 日，这意味着存在相当规模的过剩。

　　尽管做出了上述调整，国际能源署表示，为满足夏季出行及发电需求，炼油厂加工量不断上升，这正使得市场趋紧，且欧佩克 + 上周六宣布的最新增产措施并未产生太大影响。

　　该机构在月度报告中称：“鉴于基本面趋紧，欧佩克 + 进一步加快取消减产的决定并未对市场产生显著影响。”

　　“价格指标也表明，实物石油市场比我们平衡表中显示的大量过剩情况更为紧张。”

　　本周早些时候，欧佩克成员国的部长、高管以及西方石油巨头的老板们表示，产量增加并未导致库存上升，这表明市场对石油的需求旺盛。

　　国际能源署预计，明年石油需求增长平均为 72 万桶 / 日，较此前预期下调 2 万桶 / 日；供应增长将为 130 万桶 / 日，这也意味着存在过剩。
