此次融资将显著增强 Upexi 的 Solana(SOL) 持有量，预计交易完成后公司将持有约 165 万 SOL，较之前披露的 73.5 万 SOL 增长超过一倍。部分股票发行所得将用于公司现有业务运营及一般企业用途，其余资金将投入 Solana 财库战略，未来数周内公司计划继续增持 SOL。
