北京商报讯(记者 魏蔚)7月11日，北京商报记者获悉，2025 年全球数字经济大会上，北京市联合 40 余个国际伙伴城市成立全球数字经济城市联盟，围绕数字基建、跨境数据治理等议题，搭建跨国协同平台，助力全球城市发展。百度智能云"视频大模型全域智能训练赋能城市治理"案例成功获评"北京市人工智能赋能行业发展典型案例"，展示了技术创新与城市治理的深度融合。2024年北京经开区营商环境建设局作为北京市智慧城市场景创新需求清单（第一批）场景开放单位。百度智能云作为场景承接单位，将视觉多模态大模型技术应用到城市治理场景中，通过视频感知体系和算法仓的"软硬解耦"架构，构建起基于多模态大模型的视频解析中台。北京市经开区依托百度智能云泛政多模态大模型构建起全流程智能化治理平台，通过精准算法分析，提取四千余种城市治理要素的结构化数据，将视频转化为动态事件流与数据流，实现城市治理问题的智能发现预警，自动立案追踪，案件审核结案。
