7月11日金融一线消息，据中国人民银行江西省分行行政处罚信息公示表显示，江西进贤农村商业银行股份有限公司因违法行为类型，被警告，并处罚款人民币215.46万元。违法行为类型如下：

　　1．违反金融统计相关规定；

　　2．违反账户管理规定；

　　3．违反反假货币业务管理规定；

　　4．违反人民币流通管理规定；

　　5．占压财政存款或资金；

　　6．违反信用信息采集、提供、查询及相关管理规定；

　　7．未按规定履行客户身份识别义务；

　　8．与身份不明的客户进行交易。

　　同时，夏某（时任江西进贤农村商业银行股份有限公司副行长）、黄某发（时任江西进贤农村商业银行股份有限公司运营管理部总经理）对江西进贤农村商业银行股份有限公司以下违法行为负有责任：1．未按规定履行客户身份识别义务；2．与身份不明的客户进行交易，被各处罚款人民币4.5万元。

　　张某（时任江西进贤农村商业银行股份有限公司电子银行部总经理）对江西进贤农村商业银行股份有限公司以下违法行为负有责任：与身份不明的客户进行交易，被处罚款人民币1万元。
