智通财经APP讯，新明中国(02699)发布公告，于记录日期，供股项下已提呈发售7514.49万股供股股份(发售股份);及两名海外股东持有合共51.84万股股份。董事会宣布，于接纳供股股份的最后时限2025年7月8日(星期二)下午四时正，已接获合共8份有效接纳，涉及合共1288.49万股供股股份，相当于发售股份总数约17.15%。因此，供股认购不足额为6226万股供股股份，相当于发售股份总数约82.85%，有关股份将根据补偿安排处理。
