昨天下午,市民鲁先生向“新民帮侬忙”反映,他近日通过饿了么订餐,可下单后等了三个多小时,外卖也没送到。当他联系平台要求处理时,对方仅愿补偿优惠券了事,对于个中缘由也不愿透露,“平台爽约在先,态度还如此傲慢,真是太伤消费者的心了!”
鲁先生介绍说,7月7日中午12时22分,他在饿了么下单了大米先生(品尊国际店)的一份外卖,平台显示预计送达时间为12:48—13:03。但等到下午1点半,外卖仍未上门,他打开外卖软件查看,页面显示“骑士正在店内取货”。“我当时以为是商家订单太多,来不及出餐,心想再多等一会儿也没事。”可过了2点,外卖依旧没到,“都延迟一个小时了,也没人联系我,肯定不正常。”鲁先生随即联系骑手想询问原因,可连打两个电话都无人接听;他又致电商家,同样没能打通。他只好联系饿了么客服,对方表示是“商家出餐速度慢,会去催单”,但又过了一小时,外卖还是不见踪影,鲁先生气愤不已,再次联系平台讨要说法,这时客服人员提出让他取消订单,平台可以补偿他订餐红包,但对于这笔订单为何“失效”,对方始终不愿告知。鲁先生无法接受,要求平台必须给个说法,客服人员称后续会跟进处理,但至今也没有回复和结果。
记者随即致电饿了么客服,工作人员称,会在24小时内由专人答复。但截至发稿时,饿了么也未联系记者给出解释。
