智通财经APP获悉，钢铁股再度拉升，截至发稿，重庆钢铁股份(01053)涨8.03%，报1.48港元；鞍钢股份(00347)涨4.3%，报1.94港元；马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)涨2.76%，报1.86港元。
消息面上，中央财经委会议首提治理企业“过度竞争”，标志“反内卷”政策升级。高盛认为，钢铁业5000万吨减产计划有望提速，下半年产量或降6%。根据高盛测算，期货价格隐含的螺纹钢价差显示，钢铁利润率有望扩大近200元/吨，钢铁减产执行概率约为70%。
中金指出，展望2H25，在反内卷背景下，钢铁产量调控有望落地，叠加处于底部的库存周期有望伴随市场预期的回升反转，行业供需改善可期。与此同时，炉料格局恶化，进一步提升盈利周期修复的确定性与弹性。目前钢铁行业正处在大周期底部反转的左侧，看好行业盈利与估值逐步修复。
