智通财经APP讯，中国碳中和(01372)发布公告，中国碳中和发展集团有限公司于2016年3月29日采用现有购股权计划。根据现有购股权计划的条款，该计划将在采用日后的第十年，即2026年3月28日之前有效及生效。现拟在采用新购股权计划时终止现有购股权计划。
鉴于香港联合交易所有限公司于2023年1月1日起生效的联交所上市规则第17章对的修订，公司董事会提议终止现有购股权计划，并采用一项新购股权计划，该计划自采用之日起有效期为10年。新购股权计划的条款将符合上市规则的要求。
