Sanli Environmental (SGX:1E3) raised over SG$4 million following a successful placement of 33.3 million shares at SG$0.12 per share, according to a late Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up nearly 5% in recent trading.
Gross proceeds will be used for general working capital projects, including the execution of ongoing projects.
The shares represent around 12.58% of the company's existing issued and paid up share capital.
