记者9日从中国科学技术大学获悉,该校精准智能化学全国重点实验室教授徐铜文、特任教授汪耀明和教授李震宇团队联合攻关,创新性地利用双极膜实现重水高效解离,发现了核量子效应导致膜层内氘离子迁移速率反超氢离子的现象。该研究颠覆了长期以来“重水解离速率比水慢”的传统认知,并成功开发出低成本制备氘代酸碱的新技术。研究成果9日在线发表于国际期刊《自然》。
氘代酸和氘代碱是合成氘代药物、进行氢/氘交换反应的关键原料,同时在有机发光二极管(OLED)器件寿命提升具有重要应用,市场前景广阔。
以该双极膜重水解离技术为核心的氘代酸碱制备平台,平均生产成本仅为传统工艺的五分之一。整个生产过程无需使用强腐蚀性试剂或重金属催化剂,排放趋近于零。
