消息面上，据科创板日报报道，全球晶圆代工龙头台积电近期已正式证实，将在未来两年内逐步退出氮化镓（GaN）晶圆代工业务。英诺赛科董事长骆薇薇认为，氮化镓晶圆并不适合代工模式；台积电放弃GaN代工业务是行业内的差异化选择。
公开资料显示，英诺赛科长期深耕GaN功率器件领域，是全球首家实现8英寸氮化镓晶圆量产的IDM厂商。6月30日，英诺赛科发布公告称，国际半导体巨头意法半导体(STM)在原禁售期届满当日，主动承诺未来12个月内不减持任何股份。作为最大基石投资者，意法半导体持有1259.21万股H股，占可流通股份的27%。
