智通财经APP讯，卫龙美味(09985)公布，于2025年7月9日，彭宏志先生因个人职业发展安排，已辞任公司执行董事、首席财务官、根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条委任的授权代表、根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部及上市规则第19.05(2)条委任的代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的授权代表的职务。彭宏志先生的上述辞任将自2025年8月31日结束后生效。
公司执行董事余风先生将自彭宏志先生正式辞任后担任首席财务官及授权代表，自2025年9月1日起生效。
