Prospera Global (SGX:5HH) allotted and issued 414,145,370 shares to individual subscribers, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up over 14% in recent trading.
Following the issuance of the shares, the total issued share capital of the company has increased to 828,290,740 shares.
The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on July 14.
