　　2025中国汽车论坛7月10日-12日在上海举办，主题为：提质向新，智赢未来。欣旺达电子股份有限公司副总裁、首席可持续发展官梁锐表示，锂电池企业面临esg短板。

　　一是企业在可持续发展战略体系不完善，没有自上而下的可持续发展的顶层设计。

　　二是碳足迹的数字化基础还是相对比较薄弱，国内碳足迹的数据库比较缺乏，权威性也不够。

　　三是供应链低碳管理方面推进不力，“难听的说话，钴90%对外依赖，锂70%的对外依赖，镍差不多也有百分之七八十的对外依赖。而且我们缺乏专业的数字化的工具，电池回收技术运营体系也不完善。”他说。

　　四是数据安全问题非常的严峻，数据出海的政策体系，不明确。
