美国做空机构Grizzly Research，于周四(7月10日)发布做空小马智行(PONY)报告，质疑其运营和技术能力。

彭博曾在5月中旬报道，小马智行(Pony.ai)拟以保密形式申请赴香港上市，主要是为了降低在港申请上市时对其美股的影响。今年3月曾有市场传闻指小马智行正准备启动港股上市计划，但公司随后向内媒澄清暂时没有赴港二次上市的计划。

小马智行，于2024年11月27日在美国纳斯达克挂牌上市。截至周五(2025年7月11日)收市，小马智行(PONY)每股收报12.77美元，较IPO发行价每股13美元稍跌1.77%，目前市值约 45.37亿美元。
