智通财经APP讯，SPROCOMM INTEL(01401)发布公告，开曼群岛公司注册处已于2025年6月13日发出更改名称注册证书，证明公司的英文名称已由“Sprocomm Intelligence Limited”更改为“Future Machine Limited”并采纳公司双重外文名称“未来机器有限公司”。香港公司注册处于2025年七月七日发出注册非香港公司更改名称注册证书，确认公司已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港注册新的中英文名称。
公司于联交所买卖证券的股份简称将由“SPROCOMM INTEL”更改为英文“FUTURE MACH LTD”及公司将采纳“未来机器有限公司”作为其中文股份简称，自2025年7月21日上午九时正起生效。公司的股份代号“1401”仍维持不变。
