智通财经APP讯，海通恒信(01905)发布2025年半年度业绩快报，收入总额及其他收入╱收益35.21亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少12.6%;期内溢利7.85亿元，同比减少3.4%。
公告称，2025年上半年，集团聚焦国家政策，立足租赁本源，深化产业化转型，持续加大先进制造、工程建设、能源环保等重点行业投放，加强集团协同联动，持续提升服务实体经济能力，推动公司高质量发展。截至2025年6月30日止六个月，集团实现收入总额及其他收入╱收益35.21亿元，实现期间溢利7.85亿元，期间溢利较上年同期略有下降，主要是由于国内外经济环境复杂多变，市场利率下行，优质资产稀缺且竞争激烈，集团持续提升客户层级，并让利实体经济，融资租赁业务应收款平均余额和收益率下降，故收入总额及其他收入╱收益有所下降;同时，集团多措并举降本增效，优化负债结构，持续降低融资成本，加强费用管控，全力做好资产管理，部分抵减了收入总额及其他收入╱收益下降的影响。截至2025年6月30日，集团资产总额为1111.31亿元，权益总额为203.73亿元。
