TradingKey - 众议院即将投票决定三项加密法案，或将进一步激发加密市场看涨情绪。
周一（7月14日），据Cointelegraph报告，美国众议院将于本周投票决定三项加密货币相关法案，分别是：
-《GENIUS法案》，旨在为稳定币立法，明确发行、流通、投资者保护等规则。
-《CLARITY法案》，旨在消除加密货币监管模糊地带，为整个加密生态提供监管框架。
-《反CBDC监控国家法案》，意在阻止CBDC发展。
前面两个法案若通过，将直接利好加密货币的发展，而最后一个法案将间接影响加密市场，原因是其阻碍政府通过监控工具侵蚀财产与隐私权，而这与比特币为首的加密货币的隐私性、去中心化等特性一致。
截止发稿，比特币（BTC）价格飙升3.82%，涨至122,479美元，加密货币总市值突破3.9兆美元，均再创历史高。

在Bitwise 首席投资长 Matt Hougan看来，立法推进是比特币上涨的重要动力。美国关于三项加密货币的立法结果即将出炉，“美国利益优先”原则大概率推动其通过，这有助于进一步激发市场看涨情绪。
