比推消息，匈牙利已颁布全球最严加密货币立法之一，7月1日生效后引发金融科技领域广泛困惑担忧。新规迫使大型金融科技公司暂停服务，如数字银行Revolut宣布“立即暂停匈牙利的加密货币服务”。新立法引入两项刑事犯罪：1.对使用未经授权服务及运营者的处罚严厉（对于基本交易将面临最高两年监禁；对于5000万匈牙利福林以上的“特别高价值”交易，将面临最高三年监禁；对于超5亿福林的交易，将面临最高五年监禁）；2.未经适当授权运营的服务提供商将面临更严厉的处罚，规模较大的运营可能被判处八年有期徒刑。
