智通财经APP讯，文业集团(01802)公布，于2025年7月15日，公司接获联交所发出的函件，通知公司联交所决定该公司未能维持上市规则第13.24条所规定的足够营运水平及拥有足够资产价值支持其营运，以确保其股份能够继续上市，故该公司的股份将根据上市规则第6.01(3)条的规定暂停买卖。
根据函件，公司必须重新遵守上市规则第13.24条、履行联交所可能制定的任何复牌指引，并在令联交所满意的情况下，完全符合上市规则的规定，公司的股份方可获准恢复买卖。根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条，倘公司股份连续暂停买卖18个月，联交所可取消公司股份的上市地位。
根据上市规则第2B章，公司有权要求上市委员会复核决定。任何复核要求必须在决定日期起计七个营业日内(即2025年7月24日或之前)送达上市委员会的秘书。公司股份将于决定日期起计七个营业日(即2025年7月25日)届满后暂停买卖，除非公司申请对决定进行复核，则另作别论。
公司正在审阅函件，正于内部及与其专业顾问讨论函件，并将考虑是否提出要求将决定提交予上市委员会复核。
