AVJennings (ASX:AVJ) said that a second court hearing to approve the proposed acquisition of the firm by Proprium Capital Partners and Avid Property Group via a scheme of arrangement will be held on July 23 in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
AVJennings shareholders may oppose the approval of the acquisition at the hearing, and they must file and serve AVJennings a notice of appearance if they wish to do so.
