新加坡连续第三年成为全球奢侈品消费最昂贵的城市，伦敦则超过香港，位居第二。

　　根据瑞士财富管理公司瑞士宝盛集团发布的年度报告，紧追在后的是摩纳哥和苏黎世，2022年位居榜首的上海下降两位，位居第六。

　　自2020年开始这项调查以来，一篮子奢侈品的价格首次下跌2%，宝盛称“相当异常”；从历史上看，高端消费品价格的涨幅是普通消费品的两倍。

　　这家瑞士银行的研究部主管Christian Gattiker表示，鉴于持续的不确定性、贸易紧张局势和关税，调查结果代表了当前局势“之前”的最后时刻。明年的报告可能会提供一个“事后”的精采视角。

　　鉴于当前世界“变幻莫测”的现状，新加坡因其稳定和安全而备受青睐。宝盛表示，香港近期推出的投资居留计划也引发了富人的“浓厚兴趣”。新加坡的酒店套房价格上涨10.3%，香港则下跌26.1%。
