中国质量新闻网讯 近日，广西兴业县市场监管局开展医疗器械质量安全风险隐患排查治理工作，保障群众用械安全。
一是组织23家使用单位召开行政指导暨约谈会，督促落实主体责任，开展自查自纠并限期整改。
二是推行柔性治理，建立“容错清单”，对主动上报并替换过期器械的单位实行“首违不罚”，共推动26台过期器械完成整改。
三是强化监督检查，抽查23家单位273台器械，未发现违法行为，有效筑牢安全防线。通过系列举措，进一步规范医疗器械使用管理，切实维护公众健康权益。（何际阳）
