智通财经APP获悉，亚盛医药(06855)午前涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.11%，报74.75港元，成交额4.95亿港元。
消息面上，亚盛医药近日宣布，拟按每股68.60港元的价格发行最多2200万股新股，配售事项所得净额约为14.93亿港元。募集资金约40%将用于商业化工作，包括扩大覆盖范围和提高患者就医机会；约35%将用于全球临床开发，以推进本公司的核心管线在研产品；约25%将用于基础设施及营运资金以加强全球营运。
董事认为，配售事项及认购事项为本公司进一步筹集资金的良机，使本公司可商业化新获批准的核心产品、筹备其他待批准核心产品的商业化并推进早期化合物完成其开发周期，同时可扩大其股东基础。董事认为，配售事项及认购事项将进一步巩固本集团的财务状况，并为本集团提供额外营运资金。配售事项及认购事项所筹集的资金将使本公司能够继续开发其在研产品，包括推进临床关键研究及为新获批准产品的商业化做准备。此外，本公司有多个早期在研产品需要进一步开发，需要持续从市场筹集资金以支持该等工作。
