Econ Healthcare (Asia) (SGX:EHG) is set to be delisted after the board confirmed payment of the cash consideration and cash component of cash and securities consideration to entitled shareholders, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The board also confirmed the payment of a special dividend, following which, the company will be delisted from the official list of the SGX on July 18.
