恒基物业代理董事及营业(二)部总经理韩家辉表示，启德“天泷THE KNIGHTSBRIDGE”，昨日录7座21楼B室成交，实用面积1,173平方呎，成交价4,345万元，成交呎价37,042元。项目自以现楼形式推售后，连车位共套现约44.2亿元。
